Only prepaid orders below ₹ 499, a shipping fee of ₹ 49 will be added.

Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched and the tentative delivery time will be 5-7 working days from date of dispatched.
Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During Festivals and lockdowns, there can be processing and shipping delays.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses; rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.

Cancellation of Order by VETENEX (www.vetenex.com):
Vetenex (www.vetenex.com) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment has been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
