1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of veterinary medicines, animal feed supplements, and healthcare products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Products that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used veterinary medicines
- Feed supplements once opened
- Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless damaged)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Share your order number, product details, and clear images or videos showing the issue
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days
Do not return any product without approval from our support team.
4. Replacement Policy
If your return request is approved:
- We will arrange a replacement of the same product at no additional cost
- Replacement will be shipped after the returned item is received and inspected (if required)
If the product is unavailable, we may offer a refund instead.
5. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval
- The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately
- Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
7. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), return shipping will be covered by Vetenex
- In all other cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer
